Can you tell how much the tree leans in this picture? Since I turned it so that it is mostly leaning toward the wall, I don't think you can see the full effect.
The dalek invasion of '14.
Based on the bags of coal, they must not have been all that good this year.
Evidently, that was no mere kiss.
She didn't want to be left out.
Tomorrow: She loves it.
And we all stood back.
But, UNEXPECTEDLY, there was the Spanish Inquisition!
And the Empire:
Have a great New Year!
The Empire says so.
You have such beautiful children Andrew and they look like a happy clan. You've certainly done something right!
ReplyDeleteThis was my first year with both children gone and it was a bit difficult. I could not think of Christmas past when they were little and it was all so magical without crying. Thankfully I was able to hide this from them and as far as they knew Mommy was happy.
Anne: I can't think of Christmas Future when they won't be here without crying, so we've already told them they have to come here for Christmas.
DeleteGreat pix of a happy family Andrew. Happy New Year to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteJo: Happy New Year to you, too!
DeleteIs that a natural tree? If it's artificial now is the time to buy a new one.
ReplyDeletePat: Yeah, it's a cut tree. The picture is for Briane who demanded one after my post about the crooked-ass Christmas tree.
DeleteWow. That is one crooked-ass Christmas tree. I can't imagine that could be more crooked without falling over completely.
ReplyDeleteThat Star Destroyer is SO COOL. I wish I could have had a toy like that when I was a kid. Or right now.
Jeanne: Yeah, me, too. Except it's probably better to not wish backward and to just wish for now.
ReplyDeleteLove those t-shirts.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
TAS: They are pretty cool.
DeleteHappy New Year to you, too!
I got a nice Hitchhiker's Guide one.
DeleteTAS: My younger son has a cool hitchhiker's shirt.
DeleteThe tree...wow. Maybe you've just started a new craze to rival the upside down tree.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
Jean: That seems a bit farther than I would want to go with it.
DeleteGreat pics! Love to see kids enjoying themselves like this. What it's all about. Happy New Year!!
ReplyDeleteAlyssia: Me, too! They make such great faces.
DeleteHappy New Year to you, too!
Looks like a great Xmas.
ReplyDeleteIs that an XKCD shirt? The science one. I want it.
Maybe? I don't actually know. It's from ThinkGeek, and they have some XKCD stuff, but I don't know if that's one of them.
DeleteLooks like you guys had a blast. Awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteAlex H: A good time was had by all.
