TAS: Yeah, birds were everywhere. It's actually nesting season and, evidently, the island has become a nesting habitat so there are areas that are closed off to people to protect the wildlife.
Look! You can see the Palace of Fine Arts! Fun fact, when my mom asked my uncle what it was, he told her it was the Russian Embassy. He said this with 100% seriousness and it took us like, a day to find out he was either lying or had no idea what he was talking about. It was hard to tell with him.
Love the flowers and birds. Even on a prison island, wildlife abounds.
