It really was used for pigs! Cost $3,000 - a considerable sum in 1915. It reminds me of the work of Andy Goldsworthy, though it preceded his birth by 41 years.
TAS: Yep, it was really used for pigs, and all of the local farmers laughed at London for the design. Pig Palace was them mocking him, not praising him, though it proved to be way ahead of its time.
