  2. The fog almost blends right into the mountains.
This morning our fog is so thick I could barely see the car in front of me on the way to work.

  3. Really cool. It looks like a giant cloud is consuming everything. Very ominous.

  4. Definitely pretty. I like low clouds. In Oregon there is enough quick change in elevation that it looks like the clouds are playing in the hills above. As a kid I called them angels.

    1. Hart: I love driving into SF and watching the fog rolling in while I'm driving.

  5. That looks EXACTLY like if you walked over those mountains you would be in another world. START WALKING.

  6. PS I went to see what the difference between fog and clouds was. You know what the difference is? Fog is lower. That's it. So this is both.

    Also, there is SUPERFOG. http://scijinks.jpl.nasa.gov/fog/

    I love the world.

    1. Briane: I knew that about fog and clouds; I just couldn't decide what I wanted to call it since, I suppose, it wasn't actually fog yet.
I wonder if it's superfog that London used to have such an issue with. During the industrial revolution, I can certainly see that as a thing.
