Don't Wash! (pictures I like)

The first and only time I've seen a sign telling me not to wash my feet in a sink.

  1. I saw some similar signs in a bathroom in a train station. Travelers must use the bathroom to wash up between train stops.

    1. Jeanne: The toilet. Like normal people.

  4. I have heard stories of people using public restrooms to bathe so I guess it makes sense. Still strange to see though.

    1. Sheena: Yeah, but that's not the kind of thing that happens often enough to warrant signage, I don't think.

  5. Was the sign near a water/mud/sand area? Some places have issues with surfers and children clogging up the pipes with sand. A real issue, since they don't have maintenance people running out to check on a regular basis. :)

    1. Alex H: There's a beach nearby, but the bathroom was not down at the beach.
