Setting Free the Bears was his first - fun, but his art was unrefined compared to his later works. Still, it was instructive to read it as part of the journey. The Armchair Squidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13509001761075530940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7658526372996117205.post-38144603804327153162015-08-13T08:17:33.359-07:002015-08-13T08:17:33.359-07:00Briane: I am, actually, doing this for learning pu...Briane: I am, actually, doing this for learning purposes. I'd rather read only the best stuff from an author. Sometimes they lose it late (Grisham, Cornwell, Irving) and sometimes they get much better as they go (can't think of any examples) but either way unless you're doing it for learning purposes, I'd rather just stick to the good stuff an author wrote.

This one just sounds sort of meh.Brianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01616494058636881575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7658526372996117205.post-44656680027869393522015-08-12T16:25:38.603-07:002015-08-12T16:25:38.603-07:00Jeanne: I'm not sure if I've had any stick...Jeanne: I'm not sure if I've had any stick with me, yet.
